Description

A student response to reading Justin’s climate story about flooding in Tanzania.

I had students explore stories on the My Climate Story storybank. I asked them to read a few stories and then pick one that really stuck out to them, for whatever reason.

I told students to journal their thoughts about the story after reading it.

Their journals were open ended. They could compare the story to their own experiences, or just respond to what they were reading, or write down something that the story made them think about.
