The Climate Fiction Book Club is an online resource that  includes a curated book list of climate fiction and science fiction titles for middle-grade readers and a collection of corresponding discussion questions and resources.

It is meant to be a one-stop-shop for those interested in middle-grade climate fiction novels, aiding in the creation of book clubs that encourage students to explore literature through critical engagement with environmental issues.

Crafting Climate: A Cli-Fi Review

This anthology of climate fiction or “cli-fi” reviews includes selections from literature, film, and television aimed at a college-aged audience. Collectively, these reviews shed light on textual and cinematic themes such as dystopia, scarcity, Afro-futurism, and climate disasters.  The Cli-Fi Review aims to be a valuable resource for those seeking insights into our current environmental moment, and a source of inspiration for future climate fiction writers. 

These reviews were penned In 2023 by students in a course called “Sustainability & Utopianism.” They were collected and edited by Zade Dahman.
