Gabrielle’s Climate Story #2

Name

Gabrielle Ketchum

Place

Philadelphia, PA 19130

How are you sensing climate change?

Over the past few years, I have been experiencing and noticing the appearance of climate change. Whether this is due to weather in the 60s in November in Philadelphia, or extreme flooding of major roadways caused by the increase in tropical storms.

How do these changes make you feel?

I believe that as much action as possible needs to be taken now, in order to build and establish a better future for generations to come. The changes in the world that I’ve noticed due to climate change have me in a bit of disbelief. I sometimes don’t recognize how far away news headlines of a climate disaster in another country could be just around the corner for my hometown.
